Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dynamic pricing strategies.
- Optimize ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy across all properties.
- Monitor market trends, seasonality, and competitor pricing.
- Manage pricing and availability across OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, direct).
- Build forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Identify underperforming listings and drive improvement strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years in revenue management, pricing, or yield optimization.
- Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, or travel preferred.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience with OTAs and channel managers.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
