    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage dynamic pricing strategies.
    • Optimize ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy across all properties.
    • Monitor market trends, seasonality, and competitor pricing.
    • Manage pricing and availability across OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, direct).
    • Build forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
    • Identify underperforming listings and drive improvement strategies.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years in revenue management, pricing, or yield optimization.
    • Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, or travel preferred.
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
    • Experience with OTAs and channel managers.
    • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
