SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Rolling Stock Technician for a 7-month contract in Dubai, UAE. The technician will be responsible for the removal and installation of train bogie and traction motor activities for a project involving metropolis trains.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform removal and installation of bogie and underframe equipment on trains.
• Conduct traction motor testing and verifications.
• Apply bearing greasing to traction motors.
• Report any deformities observed during maintenance activities to the RSK Engineer.
• Ensure the quality of work carried out and compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain workspace cleanliness and tidiness.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Railway Industry or manufacturing/Maintenance industry.
• Experience handling standard maintenance tools such as torque wrench and grease gun.
• Knowledge of overhead crane and lifting jack operations (a plus).
• Computer literacy and English language proficiency are desired.
