Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Ensure all rooms are well-presented and fully equipped.
• Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages.
• Provide excellent guest service and address requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas.
