Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and attend to guest repair requests promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies.
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on various equipment.
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
• Assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to perform surface preparation, painting, and minor repairs.
• Basic computer skills for inputting schedules and temperature changes.
• Ability to move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Some experience in general maintenance.
