Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments on-site.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
- Maintain accurate records of safety performance, incidents, and training.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness among all employees.
Requirements
- NEBOSH IGC Certification (UAE attestation) – Mandatory.
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in a similar role (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct safety audits and generate reports.
