Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Support in developing and delivering safety training programs for employees.
• Investigate minor incidents and accidents, reporting findings and recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety measures into daily operations.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; open to entry-level candidates.
• Strong understanding of basic health and safety principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic construction or engineering environment.
