Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and client experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Actively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on Saint Laurent products.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall success.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Saint Laurent collections, brand history, and styling trends.
  • Ensure the visual merchandising standards of the boutique are upheld.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Passion for luxury fashion and the Saint Laurent brand.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior experience in luxury retail or a client-facing role is a plus.
