Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and client experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Actively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on Saint Laurent products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall success.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Saint Laurent collections, brand history, and styling trends.
- Ensure the visual merchandising standards of the boutique are upheld.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Passion for luxury fashion and the Saint Laurent brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or a client-facing role is a plus.
