Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted service sales strategies for a major account to maximize growth and customer value.
- Lead the adoption of new services, guide product launches, and implement best practices in partnership with customer stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; accurately forecast opportunities and deliver actionable business reporting to drive decision-making.
- Oversee and publish service responses for RFPs, bids, and new service opportunities to secure and expand business.
- Ensure customer support is delivered in line with Service Level Agreements, aligning internal teams to sustain and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in value-based sales within the Internet, Communications, or Technology (ICT) sector.
- Demonstrated experience managing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and projects.
- Proven history of direct and indirect sales to strategic accounts.
- Solid understanding of public sector procurement processes and buying cycles.
