    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or related field.
    • 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales administration within Dubai or GCC real estate developers.
    • Experience managing a team in a sales support or administrative capacity.
    • Strong understanding of off-plan sales, DLD/RERA processes, Oqood registration, SPA issuance, and payment collection workflows.
    • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, PropSpace) and MS Office.
