Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and provide detailed product information.
- Actively drive sales, achieve individual and team targets, and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and preparing displays.
