Richemont is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and representing the prestige of Richemont’s luxury Maisons. This position requires a passion for luxury retail and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute positively to overall store performance.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Develop and maintain expert product knowledge across all Richemont Maisons.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a premium customer service environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury market trends and client expectations.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and creating memorable client experiences.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
