Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Present and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Maison Alaïa’s collections, heritage, and unique craftsmanship.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique’s pristine appearance.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive and luxurious shopping environment for all clients.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within high-end fashion or couture.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and build rapport with discerning clients.
• A deep passion for luxury fashion and a strong understanding of current market trends.
• Ability to work flexibly across retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a professional demeanor consistent with a luxury brand.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
