Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying and prospecting potential B2B clients.
- Support lead generation through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
- Attend client meetings and calls with senior sales managers to understand business and staffing requirements.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, sales trackers, and client databases.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
