    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the sales team in identifying and prospecting potential B2B clients.
    • Support lead generation through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
    • Attend client meetings and calls with senior sales managers to understand business and staffing requirements.
    • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
    • Maintain and update CRM systems, sales trackers, and client databases.
    • Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
    • Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or a related role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
    • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
