As Sales Controller, you will play a key role in tender management, sales administration, and performance analysis, collaborating closely with colleagues across Europe to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with the sales department to expand the customer portfolio.
• Prepare offers, sales files, and act as the first point of contact for tenders.
• Analyze customer needs and develop tailored proposals.
• Manage large (international) client tenders in coordination with DACHSER offices across Europe.
• Work alongside the outside sales team to present complete and convincing proposals to clients.
• Produce sales analyses and reports for the Sales Manager and General Manager.

Requirements

To be successful, you should bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Full professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong commercial insight combined with analytical ability.
• A structured, accurate, and proactive working style.
• Numerical aptitude and precise data entry skills.
