    Key Responsibilities

    • Support sales processing by inputting business cases in the system on a daily basis.
    • Process applications/transactions by providing word checks with name approvals.
    • Follow up with sales representatives and other concerned departments regarding pending cases.
    • Support the sales team in handling legal signing for all cases by creating MOA contracts.
    • Maintain and update relevant databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date cases are available.
    • Follow up with all internal stakeholders to issue licenses within the SLA.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or related corporations/organizations/industry.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Pronounced customer care approach.
    • Responds well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
