Key Responsibilities

• Handle general administrative tasks for the Sales & Marketing department.

• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining customer loyalty.
• Respond to customer inquiries about hotel facilities and services via phone and email.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing up to 4.5 kilos independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to develop positive and constructive working relationships with peers.
• Compliance with quality requirements and standards.
