    Key Responsibilities

    • Host and manage in-person showroom appointments end-to-end.
    • Manage client support in person and across digital channels.
    • Process returns/exchanges and maintain a return reasons tracker.
    • Liaise with Fulfilment, Operations, and Accounting to align on various requests.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly trade reports.

    Requirements

    • 3-5+ years of sales experience in luxury fashion sales/clienteling.
    • Arabic is a must (English required).
    • Strong product knowledge and stylist mindset.
    • Confident working towards sales targets and KPIs.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.
