Key Responsibilities
- Host and manage in-person showroom appointments end-to-end.
- Manage client support in person and across digital channels.
- Process returns/exchanges and maintain a return reasons tracker.
- Liaise with Fulfilment, Operations, and Accounting to align on various requests.
- Prepare weekly and monthly trade reports.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of sales experience in luxury fashion sales/clienteling.
- Arabic is a must (English required).
- Strong product knowledge and stylist mindset.
- Confident working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.
