Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through various outbound channels.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients, articulating Stripe’s value proposition.
- Schedule discovery meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) records accurately.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and Stripe’s product roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
