Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Initiate outbound communication (calls, emails, social media) to engage prospects.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of GoodHabitz’s learning solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales development or a similar B2B sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to understand complex products and explain them simply.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
  • Fluency in German and English is highly desirable.
