Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the SMB segment in the CEE region.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities through various channels (email, social media, calls).
  • Effectively communicate Deel’s value proposition to potential clients.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional CEE language skills are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
