Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve targets for Komatsu and Metso heavy equipment and power systems.
- Provide technical expertise and solutions to clients in construction, mining, and related industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the aftersales support team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in heavy machinery or industrial equipment.
- Strong technical understanding of Komatsu, Metso, or similar heavy equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand complex client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Results-oriented with a consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
