Viola Communications is seeking a Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. You will drive new sales opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and coordinate the delivery of corporate gifting, BTL campaigns, and production solutions across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales process: lead generation, qualification, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM; ensure accurate forecasting and timely updates.
- Develop Territory/Account Plans focused on acquiring high-value clients and driving revenue growth.
- Lead discovery calls to understand business needs and present tailored BTL gifting/printing solutions.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate approvals, and close deals aligned to commercial terms.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in BTL sales, field marketing, or inside/outside sales within the UAE market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals in the UAE.
- Exposure to outsourcing operations and supplier management.
- Familiarity with digital and offset printing processes and operational delivery workflows.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
