Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) across Dubai, targeting various customer segments.
- Develop and execute a strong sales strategy to acquire new accounts and grow existing B2B relationships.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, market intelligence, and leveraging industry contacts.
- Build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and upselling value-added solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to aftersales handover.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in commercial vehicles or fleet sales.
- Experienced in handling corporate, fleet, or government clients within a competitive market.
- Strong relationship building, negotiation, and closing complex fleet deals skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to understand business needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with CRM systems and structured sales reporting.
