    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, prospect, and onboard new local businesses and partners to the Glovo platform.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in Ukraine.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and support teams to optimize service.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/business development role.
    • Strong understanding of the local market in Lviv and Ukraine.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
    • Fluency in Ukrainian and English, both written and verbal.
