Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase Glovo’s market share in Kyiv.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new business partners (restaurants, grocers, retailers).
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the tech, app, or FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve ambitious goals.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of the local market dynamics and business landscape in Kyiv.
