The Sales Logistics Coordinator will support operations with order processing, managing sales orders, coordinating shipments, handling import/export documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers. The role involves working closely with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process sales orders and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
    • Manage import/export logistics with freight forwarders and shipping partners.
    • Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
    • Track shipments and update internal teams and customers regarding delivery status.
    • Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams.
    • Maintain ERP/CRM records and prepare sales & logistics reports.

    Requirements

    • Experience in trading, import/export, logistics, or sales coordination.
    • Experience in Horeca/FMCG industry is an advantage.
    • Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel/MS Office is a must; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
