Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly and quarterly sales, absorption, and collection targets.
- Personally contribute to sales closures, particularly for high-value, complex, broker-driven, or escalated deals.
- Manage, guide, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives.
- Actively build, nurture, and maintain relationships with key brokers and channel partners.
- Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline integrity, and reporting discipline.
- Support execution of approved project launches, promotions, and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of UAE real estate sales experience.
- Proven experience closing deals and managing in-house sales executives.
- Strong broker network and demonstrated broker relationship management capability.
- Working knowledge of UAE real estate regulations.
