    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client accounts in the region.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnerships.
    • Present, promote, and sell AQUAPHOR products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
    • Analyze market potential, track sales, and provide regular status reports.
    • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, technical, and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a relevant sales leadership role.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong business acumen and sales management abilities.
    • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Estonian or Russian is a significant advantage.
    • Results-oriented and customer-focused approach with a drive to achieve targets.
