Key Responsibilities
- Understand and articulate the Anantara brand strategy and positioning.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Anantara product and service offerings.
- Establish new client contacts and develop detailed information on potential revenues.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Manage existing relationships with key Government entities, Travel Agents, Corporate accounts, GSO’s and DMC’s.
- Actively participate in client familiarization trips, site inspections, sales trips and roadshows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales management in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated track record of managing GCC Leisure, Corporate and Government segments.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of the GCC market and government protocols.
- Ability to travel frequently within GCC countries for business trips.
