    Key Responsibilities

    • Daily updates on Oracle Sales Cloud (e.g., quotation vs. OSC registered details).
    • Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports extracted from Oracle Sales Cloud.
    • Preparing drafts for PO acknowledgment (complete with Project name, PO ref. numbers, Project values, etc.).
    • Assisting in arranging Prequalification/Technical Submittals (Test Cert., BOQ from Quotation, etc.).
    • Assisting in filing jobs (quotations, test certificates – both soft and hard copies).
    • Order processing, ensuring alignment with the Vertiv sales order process.

    Requirements

    • Personality oriented towards working in a team setting and supporting colleagues.
    • Previous experience within a client/team coordination role.
    • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relation building.
    • Highly competent user of Microsoft 360 suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
    • Solid analytical skills and excel capabilities.
    • Customer-oriented attitude.
