Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional solutions to customers based on technical skills in the sequencing field and achieving sales targets.
- Visit customers and respond in a timely manner to technical inquiries, providing professional technical consultation services.
- Provide product, technology, and solutions training to the sales team, cooperating with them to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor the latest technologies and trends in the NGS field.
- Develop and work closely with KOLs for efficient product promotion.
- Participate in marketing activities and host technical seminars.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Genetics, or Bioinformatics.
- Familiar with Massively Parallel Sequencing (MPS), genomics, genetics field and market, and gene sequencers or application areas.
- 3 years or above of sales/technical support experience in genetics/genomics-related instruments, with a good sense of services.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, willing to accept challenges and be stress-tolerant.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn new technologies and skills, and be adapted to frequent business trips.
- Fluent in both native language and English.
