Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Manage retail sales operations and maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure optimum stock levels and effective inventory control based on market trends.
- Coach and motivate the sales team/promoters to achieve sales targets.
- Track sales performance, KPIs, data analysis, and reporting.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager on promotions, stock movement, and seasonal orders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of retail sales & operations experience, preferably in FMCG / cosmetics.
- Strong knowledge and experience in cosmetics products.
- Experience managing FMCG sales channels.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and business planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid UAE driving license.
