Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor SCADA systems to control and optimize plant or network operations.
- Respond promptly to alarms and abnormal conditions, taking corrective actions as required.
- Analyze system data to identify trends, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with field personnel and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and reports for system performance and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Control Systems Engineering.
- Proven experience in SCADA system operation and control rooms.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, control logic, and process instrumentation.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
