Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily logistics operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure the efficient and safe movement, storage, and distribution of goods, especially chemical packaging containers.
• Oversee accurate inventory management and maintain precise stock records.
• Coordinate seamlessly with production, warehousing, and dispatch teams to optimize workflow and meet operational targets.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards within logistics processes.
• Supervise, train, and motivate logistics personnel to foster a high-performing team environment.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with modern logistics software and inventory control systems is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
