Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all daily logistics operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure the efficient and safe movement, storage, and distribution of goods, especially chemical packaging containers.
- Oversee accurate inventory management and maintain precise stock records.
- Coordinate seamlessly with production, warehousing, and dispatch teams to optimize workflow and meet operational targets.
- Implement, monitor, and enforce all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards within logistics processes.
- Supervise, train, and motivate logistics personnel to foster a high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with modern logistics software and inventory control systems is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
