Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate all core Scrum and Agile ceremonies.
- Drive delivery across multiple parallel healthcare and biotech projects.
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies using Jira or similar tools.
- Produce clear, actionable reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams.
- Support continuous improvement and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven Scrum Master experience in healthcare, health tech, or biotech.
- Strong understanding of data-driven product development and delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Monday, Linear, or similar tools.
- Comfortable working with large, distributed teams.
- Clear communicator with a proactive, structured approach.
