Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach the development team and Product Owner on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Remove impediments to the team’s progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-groomed product backlog.
- Track and report on team metrics and progress to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an IT Services or Consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is highly preferred.
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
