    Job Overview

    We are seeking a SEA Manager / Online Marketing (m/f/d) in Munich to lead the strategic and operational management of all SEA campaigns in the DACH region. You will optimize, analyze, and manage campaigns across Google, Bing, Display, YouTube, and Shopping. This is a highly analytical, data-driven role with opportunities to implement A/B tests, refine processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on channel-spanning digital strategies.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead strategic and operational SEA activities across Google, GSN, and Bing in DACH
    • Plan, optimize, and analyze campaigns on Google Display Network & YouTube
    • Independently manage Google Shopping campaigns, including feed adjustments
    • Develop and implement A/B tests to improve campaign performance
    • Implement and refine processes for campaign management
    • Analyze KPIs and prepare reports
    • Collaborate with adjacent teams and develop cross-channel digital strategies
    • Track new Google features, test, and provide recommendations
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust SEA strategies

    Requirements

    • Degree in Business, Media/Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
    • 3+ years of practical experience in SEA
    • Strong knowledge of digital commerce and e-commerce landscape
    • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
    • High numerical affinity and structured working style
    • Fluent in German
