Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and inquiries.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in various hotel areas.
• Support different hotel departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
