    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming attitude.
    • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is presentable and organized.
    • Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services.
    • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure meetings are prepared.
    • Assist in preparing basic documents, letters, reports, and forms.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Secretary, Receptionist, Administrator, or similar role.
    • UAE experience is preferred.
    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communication, or a related field.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
    • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
