Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is presentable and organized.
- Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure meetings are prepared.
- Assist in preparing basic documents, letters, reports, and forms.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Secretary, Receptionist, Administrator, or similar role.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
