    Job Overview

    As Security Manager Corporate Investigation (m/w/d), you will play a key role in safeguarding Würth against internal and external risks. From conducting investigations into suspected fraud, theft, or misconduct, to collaborating with authorities and implementing preventive measures, your expertise will strengthen our corporate security strategy and help ensure trust, compliance, and resilience across the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct independent, professional investigations into internal/external incidents (e.g., theft, fraud, embezzlement)
    • Analyze security threats and assess corporate risk exposure
    • Develop and enhance internal security guidelines and preventive measures
    • Work closely with authorities, internal stakeholders, and external partners during investigations
    • Prepare detailed investigation reports and support disciplinary or legal proceedings
    • Conduct professional and legally compliant interviews with affected parties and witnesses

    Requirements

    • Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, or related field
    • Significant experience in handling security incidents, investigative methods, and evidence documentation
    • Proficiency with OSINT tools and platforms for intelligence gathering
    • High integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility in dealing with sensitive information
    • Strong analytical thinking, judgment, and solution-oriented mindset
    • Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with external authorities and partners
    • Fluent in German (mandatory); English skills are a plus
