Key Responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the hotel, including guest floors, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Monitor security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and disturbances.
- Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees at all times.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and prepare detailed reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in security is an added advantage.
- Vigilance, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to provide assistance and support in emergency situations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and logs of all security activities.
