Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the security department.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property.
• Respond promptly to all security-related incidents and emergencies.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the hotel premises.
• Train and guide security team members on protocols and procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of security activities and incidents.

Requirements

• Excellent command of Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
• Proven experience in a security supervisory role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Knowledge of security procedures and relevant laws and regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
