Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations for construction projects.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and cost allocations.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and project cost tracking.
• Handle general ledger entries, reconciliations, and closing activities.
• Coordinate with project managers on cost control and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or contracting companies.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting and cost control.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Solid understanding of VAT and local financial regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
