Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative support to management.
- Implement and maintain acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and organized data encoding and reporting.
- Prepare daily sales reconciliation and monthly sales reports.
- Assist with the Year End & Audit Preparation and Procedures.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) sub-ledgers.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Full Suite.
- Experience in ERP Navision.
