Senior Accountant

Job Overview

ADM is seeking a Senior Accountant to participate in the month closing process, prepare financial data for reporting, and assist with balance sheet reconciliations. The role requires good knowledge of UAE tax treatments and the ability to provide partners with monthly/quarterly reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the month closing process including prepaid calculation and booking.
• Prepare and provide financial data for monthly reporting.
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare tax reports with good knowledge on UAE tax treatments (VAT, CIT, Excise).
• Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of bookkeeping.
• Execute standard processes within the team according to procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years in General Ledger or financial audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (ACCA/CIMA member/student is an advantage).
• Fluent in English.
• Efficient use of MS Office, in particular MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of other modern ERP systems (preferably SAP, Blackline and Coupa).
