AccuTrace is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead finance operations in Dubai. The Senior Accountant will manage the full spectrum of accounting, from daily operations to reporting to senior management, and act as the primary point of contact for all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3–4 years of experience in the UAE, with a proven track record of managing the full accounting cycle independently.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong personality with the ability to manage stakeholders and decision-making.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Advanced Excel.
