Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting principles and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably within a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
