Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or placement roles.
- Strong understanding of placement best practices and HR processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
