    Requirements

    • Strong understanding of placement best practices and HR processes.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
