    Key Responsibilities

    • Support Investment leaders with financial insights and recommendations.
    • Prepare financial reports and dashboards; analyse performance vs. budget and prior year.
    • Ensure adherence to internal controls and Group policies.
    • Prepare P&L projections, investment analysis, and budget tracking.
    • Lead variance analysis during month-end and flag financial risks to senior stakeholders.
    • Enhance financial processes, reporting tools, and performance measurement methods.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
    • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
    • Proven stakeholders’ management.
    • Proficiency in financial tools and software, in particular Excel, THINKCELL, SAP, Power Bi.
    • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
