Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
• Oversee and review the work of junior audit team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their business and identifying potential risks.
• Apply advanced audit methodologies, data analytics, and technology to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide expert advice on IFRS, local GAAP, and other relevant accounting and auditing standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and knowledge sharing within the firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in audit within a professional services environment.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local GAAP.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate audit teams, with excellent project management skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
